Terms and Conditions

By booking services with S&S Party Decor and Event Management (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, protect both parties, and support a smooth, successful event experience.

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
• Full payment must be made no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
• Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

• We will make every effort to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.
• Requests for changes must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for design or service modifications.

• Client is responsible for arranging appropriate shelter for outdoor events.
• S&S is not liable for damages or inability to deliver services due to adverse weather.
• Alternate indoor arrangements are strongly encouraged.

• The client must ensure venue access and provide accurate information regarding space, timing, and setup logistics.
• Any delays caused by the venue or third parties may affect the execution of services and are not the responsibility of S&S.

• Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to décor, props, or rental items during the event.
• S&S is not liable for injury, accidents, or property damage that occur during the event setup, duration, or breakdown.

• While we aim to honor your vision, we retain creative control over design execution and substitutions (e.g., florals or materials) based on availability.
• All designs, backdrops, and creative setups remain the intellectual property of S&S Party Decor.

• We reserve the right to photograph completed setups for promotional use on our website and social media.
• If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

• We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or labor strikes.

By submitting payment or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
